Corà Wood Gabon, established in 2001 after the privatization of the former Gabon wood societies, is today one of the most important companies in the forestry and wood processing sector in Gabon. In 1967, following the wishes of Domenico Corà, founder of Corà, the Kindergarten “Domenico Corà” was opened for the local pre-school children. Then, in 1979 DOMENICO CORA’ FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization aimed at promoting and supporting charity projects, was established.
