CHARACTERISTICS

Oak plywood reproduces one of the most widespread species and is used not only for making furniture but also for building (interior doors) and in shipyards. This wide use is precisely the reason why our company proposes it, off-the-shelf, in multiple colour tones: grey, wenge (or Rovere moro/Dark oak) and different structures: flame-finished and veined. Oak is common in western and central-south Europe; in Italy it grows typically on mountain plains. Natural oak is quite refined, so it is also used for parquet, and for making the staves of barrels that wine and other alcoholic drinks are aged in.
